We have to be prepared to do the research for ourselves cause no one else is going to do it for us. Now being said
I would like to provide you with a type of go to list of possible hidden dangers for alpha-gal people. most will be in the ingredience list, and some are hidden preservatives that are not required to be on the list of ingredients. If you are highly sensitive it is imperative that you know what is hidden ingredients impossible preservatives.

*Gar Gum: be dangerous for individuals with alpha-gal syndrome (AGS) because some gums are complex sugar compounds that can trigger allergic reactions and gastrointestinal (GI) issues
*Xanthan Gum: some production methods may involve animal products, and the gum itself can mimic the alpha-gal molecule, triggering an allergic reaction.
*Lactic acid: is not inherently unsafe for alpha-gal syndrome (AGS) patients, but it can be a problem if it is derived from animal sources.
*Sodium Hypochlorite: (bleach) can cause a fume reactive person to have breathing problems if inhaled.
*Carrageenan: (comes from red seaweed): because it contains the alpha-gal epitope, the same molecule found in mammal meat that triggers an allergic reaction.

*Milk: is a fat and sugar base
*Gelatin: is made of animal bones, cartilage, and skin (you will need to know the source from which it comes from to ensure safety)
*Magnesium stearate: is the magnesium salt of the fatty acid, stearic acid
*Lanolin: is a yellow fat obtained from sheep's wool
*Stearic Acid: is a long-chain saturated fatty acid. It is a major component of cocoa butter and has also been found in beef fat and vegetable oils
*Collagen: comes from animal sources like cows, pigs, poultry, and fish. ( you will need to confirm the source to bee safe)
* Tallow: is fat rendered from cattle or sheep, created by slowly heating the fat to separate it from other tissues. It is a versatile product derived from animal fat, with uses ranging from cooking and skincare to soap making and fuel.
*Lard: is a semi-solid, white fat of pork, produced by rendering pig fat.
*Lactose: is mammalian milk, including cow's milk, goat's milk, and human breast milk.

*Bone Char: is a product obtained from the calcinations of bovine bones at high temperatures in the absence of air. Bone char is derived from the carbonization of crushed animal bones by heating them to 500–700°C and is used as a filter for: Sugar, Flour, Water and more! it is a hidden danger we must attend with.
*Whey: comes from milk, primarily from cows, where it is the liquid byproduct that remains after milk has been curdled and strained to make cheese.
*Mono & di-glyceride: are derived from animal or vegetable fats and oils, such as soybean, canola, or palm oil.
