Refund Policy - the basics
once The Yarn Queen team is able to get with the 3rd party sellers and or manufacturers about the refund you will be notified immediately upon their response. We will get to you your refund request as soon as possible. Please be patient because sometimes these issues do take a little while to settle.
What to include in the Refund Policy
If you are requesting a refund you will have to send back the product to the manufacturer If you have not received The product in question, yet you will need to do that as soon as you get it.
