Apple Pancakes
The pancakes are super easy to make delicious as well. One thing that's very important before making your apple pancakes is choosing an apple that has a flavor that you're going to enjoy. My personal favorite is the Opal Apple; I only find it at my local Food City which has a wonderful selection organic foods fruits and vegetables. When looking for an apple you need to think do you like sour flavors or sweet flavors. I prefer a sweeter flavor, and the Opal apple taste a lot like Jolly Ranchers LOL. Once you know what type of apple you want then you need to make sure that you get the rest of the ingredients.
The next ingredient on the list is Maple syrup because we want to make sure everything that we're putting on the pancakes is alpha gal and mast cell activation safe. I Buy Organic Maple Syrup That is a trusted brand I like.
Last is oats You need to make sure that you get rolled oats that is organic because it's not been processed through anything and read the label to make sure it doesn't have any added ingredients.
Instructions

all organic and check warning labels for added allergy risks

Scoop out one tablespoon measuring cup and put into a pan that is greased and cook on med-high heat with coconut oil 1/2 tbsp of oil. Cook until done and serve. I use organic maple syrup. will make enough to serve 2 people.
Make sure to get organic maple syrup that is from a trusted brand. read the ingredients and make sure it don't have an allergy warning on any of the ingredients needed to make the recipe.
