Grieving is a natural process

we go through when we feel loss in our lives. The source of loss can come from many types of areas.

1. Family

2. Body

3. Pregnancy

4. Friends

5. Marriage

6. Lifestyle

7. Job

8. Identity

9. Property

10. Independence

All these areas are felt more or less impactful depending on the importance a person places on it. Grieving loss can cause deep wounds that dont heal easily without the lords help. In the old testament we see people would tear their clothes and rub ashes on themselves as a sign of repentance, sorrow or grief.

In the Old Testament, tearing clothes, wearing coarse sackcloth, and rubbing dust or ashes on one's head were outward, powerful physical expressions of deep sorrow, mourning, repentance, and humility, symbolizing mortality ("dust to dust") and abasement before God, seen in figures like Job, David, and Mordecai when facing intense grief, tragedy, or sin.

2 Samuel 13:30-31

30 While they were on their way, the report came to David: “Absalom has struck down all the king’s sons; not one of them is left.” 31 The king stood up, tore his clothes and lay down on the ground; and all his attendants stood by with their clothes torn.

My point is that you are not alone in your loss, grieving in normal and God sees it all. All your pain and suffering. All your tears are precious to him and you will be restored in time. You have one thing no one can take away from you, you have to be willing to let go of it, you're faith is yours and yours alone. Never let it go!
